Where is it? Camp Constantin is near Mineral Wells Texas on Beautiful Possum Kingdom Lake
How much does it cost? The fee is $175. Troop 1191 T-shirts are $10.00. If you need a cap they are $5.00. Most boys will want some spending money for the camp store, $25 to $30. There is also a $5 Travel Fee for scouts unless their parent is driving.
When do I have to pay? Final payment is due May 21th, after this date the cost is $195.00
Can Parents come to camp? Yes, but we must register you as an adult leader. It's easy to do. Many parents come for part of the week. The adults will coordinate the times to maximize the adult coverage at camp.
Do I need a medical form? Yes every boy must have a Class 2 form, signed by a doctor. It's good for three years. If you've been to the doctor in the last year, they will usually backdate the form to that date without a new appointment.
Do adults need a medical? Yes, and if your over 40, you must have a Class 3 form, updated every year.

Will there be parents meetings? Yes, tentatively scheduled under the covered area 7:30 PM on Monday June 4th and June 11th. Check the Troop Calendar for details and updates.

Is it really necessary to go to camp? Summer camp is "GREAT" fun and will be one of the most memorable times your son spends as a youth. Also many of the scout badges are difficult to get anywhere else.
