- Badge Credit:
- Scouts will receive credit for those requirements in which they

cannot be completed at the college. Merit badges listed as
"partial only" will not be completed at the college. The
Scout's Troop will be responsible for assisting the Scout in
completing requirements not met at College. Depending on the
number of requirements to be met as a partial, an approved Merit
Badge Counselor may have to be recruited.

- The Scout must have the Scoutmaster's approval prior to
registering for Merit Badge College. This is accomplished by the
Scoutmaster's signature on the Merit Badge College application.
- Session Size:
- Session size is determined by the facility, merit badge counselor,
and the requirements prior to registration. Size will vary fro a
maximum of 25 to a minimum of 12. No additions will be
made at registration to increase session size. No Scouts will
be added after the deadline or allowed to attend a class in which
