USS Lexington Trip

Activity: Trip to USS Lexington, on the Bay in Corpus Christi, Tx.
When:
    Meet at Jess Harben, Saturday  January 16th at 8:00am. See the Special Departure Procedure.
    Return Sunday January 17th, approximately 6:00 PM (Will call en route home).
Cost:
  • $5.00 Travel Fee unless parent is also going.
  • $$$ for 3 break stops.
  • $$$ for Lexington souvenirs.
  • $$$ for Sunday lunch on the road.
Meals:
  • Bring Sack lunch for Saturday noon meal.
  • Saturday Dinner and Sunday. Breakfast will be provided on Lexington.
  • Sunday lunch will be on the road.
Equipment:
  • Wear your Class A shirt.
  • Pack Lightly. Day pack with changes of clothes, Class B shirt!
  • Sleeping Bag and Pillow. NO COTS
  • Jacket or Coat as appropriate.
  • Poncho
  • Towel, Flashlight
  • Personal Gear (Soap, toothpaste etc) (A scout is clean)
  • No electronics (games, radios, CD players etc)
  • No camouflage clothing.
Class A shirts to be worn in public on the Lexington at all times.
Class B shirts at all other times.
